Managers Hub
A curated platform designed to support Australian music managers.
The AAM is proud to launch our new Managers Hub - a dedicated digital platform created to better support, connect and engage music managers across Australia.
Developed with support from Sound NSW, the platform brings together member resources, industry updates, event information, advocacy tools, networking and community engagement features within one central online space.
While the platform is accessible exclusively to AAM members, the initiative also represents an important step forward in creating stronger industry connection points and future collaboration opportunities across the broader music sector.

FAQs
-
The AAM Managers Hub is exclusive to AAM members. If you are an Australian artist manager who is not a current member and you wish to apply, please visit our Membership page for more information or email info@aam.org.au and our team will assist.
-
Yes, the Hub is a free resource available exclusively to AAM members.
-
The Managers Hub is a virtual learning space that brings together curated resources, advocacy initiatives, industry opportunities, information and registration links for upcoming events and programs, and community engagement tools in one central online space exclusive to AAM members.
The Members Portal is a CRM platform, seperate to the Hub. It is used by the AAM and members to manage individual AAM memberships (i.e. membership renewal payments, new membership applications, it supports direct emails from the AAM to members) and other tasks relevant to membership management specifically.
AAM members will use their same login details to access both platforms.
-
We acknowledge and value the collectively experience and knowledge of our members, and the generosity of those who wish to share resources they’ve created, or found helpful, to their work. As such, the Resources section of the Hub contains a ‘Submit A Resource’ function. Simply click this and follow the prompts to submit the resource you wish to share with the AAM community. All submissions will be reviewed and approved by the AAM before publishing.
-
The Recommendations section of the Hub has ‘Request a Recommendation’ and ‘Submit a Recommendation’ functions:
‘Submit a Recommendation’ - Know an individual or business worth recommending? Add them here. Your name won't show on the listing — other members only see the recommendation itself. The AAM team reviews everything before it goes live and may reach out if they have questions.
‘Request a Recommendation’ - Can't find what you're after? Send a request straight to the AAM team and we’ll follow up with you directly.
-
The Managers Hub includes a Members Directory so members nationwide can connect. To ensure your profile is accurate, please log in to the Members Portal and review your details, including your current artist roster. Updates to your profile will then appear in the Members Directory within the Managers Hub.
By default, other AAM members will be able to view your name, organisation, artist roster, email address, phone number, state, and your response to "Are you based outside of a metropolitan area?". This has always been the case in the current Members Portal unless you've previously updated your privacy settings. If you'd prefer not to appear in the Members Directory, or would like to choose which details are visible, you can update your privacy settings at any time. Please email info@aam.org.au for step-by-step instructions if needed.
-
Email our team at info@aam.org.au for assistance. Please note you must have an active AAM membership to access the Hub.
