I was drawn to artist management because I’ve always been passionate about helping artists bring their visions to life. I love being behind the scenes—building something meaningful from the ground up, creating opportunities, and staying closely involved in the creative process. I still get excited about the nitty gritty. What keeps me motivated is watching artists achieve what they truly deserve. As the band evolves, your role shifts—from being on the road and carrying gear, to stepping back and focusing on the bigger picture. The team grows, the stakes rise, but it’s still about appreciating every single moment. No two days are ever the same, and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing an artist’s hard work recognised.
