Proud Moments in Management
Both of our artists are incredibly hardworking and ambitious, but what we’re most proud of is how grounded they are in who they are. We’ve worked closely with them across development, but their individuality, style, and artistry are completely their own. They show up as themselves every time, they're super involved in all aspects of their career, and that authenticity is something you can’t teach, it’s what makes them both so unique and authentic.
Dream Music Industry Initiative
We’d love to create a multi-day artist development camp that’s genuinely practical and tailored to the modern industry. Something hands-on, not just panels or lectures, where emerging artists work and learn directly from experienced creatives and industry professionals.
Having worked with many artists across development and mentoring, we’ve seen a few common areas where emerging artists tend to struggle. Building a program that clearly and concisely addresses these gaps across genres would not only help artists grow their careers, but also elevate the overall standard of Australian music on a global stage.

Inspiration and Motivation
Our first trip to Nashville back in 2014 was a big turning point. It was the first time we really saw the music industry up close, not just what we knew from small country clubs and competitions at home, but a whole city & community of country music. That experience stuck with us and sparked a real curiosity about how artists grow and sustain careers.
What keeps us motivated now is being part of that journey, helping artists build something meaningful from the ground up, and seeing the impact their music has on people.
