Welcome to the Members Virtual Drop-in schedule.

What are ‘Members Virtual Drop Ins’?

These are AAM-member exclusive virtual hang-outs. Each runs for approximately 1 hour.

These can either be informal member discussions or information sessions or masterclasses. In both instances, these monthly opportunities are for AAM members from around the world to come together virtually in an informal setting to:

  • Share thoughts and participate in group discussion around a relevant topic of interest

  • Learn from other managers’ experiences

  • Learn something new

  • Discuss potential solutions and ideas for current challenges

…and more.

Each Members Virtual Drop-in will focus on a particular topic or issue that is relevant to our manager membership at that moment in time. Because of this, topics will be determined approximately 1-2 weeks ahead of each session, to ensure the most relevant point of focus for that session.

Representative/s of the AAM team will host each session. Members of all levels are highly encouraged to join. Please note that whilst we encourage sharing and contribution to the discussion within this safe space, attendees are not obligated to contribute verbally to the discussion, and members are more than welcome to simply tune in and listen if this is your preference!

How Do I Join?

Each briefing will be held virtually via Zoom.

AAM Members will receive the registration link for each session ahead of time via email. (This will also be shared in the members Facebook group.) Registration is essential. If you can’t access the registration link, haven’t received it, or need assistance, please email info@aam.org.au.

Please note that not all sessions will be recorded. Whether it’s appropriate for a session to be recorded or not will be determined by the topic of that Members Drop-in. For any sessions that are recorded, these recordings will be uploaded to the AAM members portal, so members can log in and watch back.

You must be a current AAM member to attend these sessions.

What are ‘Member Quarterly Briefings’?

These are AAM-member exclusive virtual meetings that take place once per annual quarter. Each briefing runs for approximately 1 hour. During these sessions, the AAM team will share key updates, upcoming initiatives, and important industry insights relevant to our members. These sessions are a great opportunity to stay informed and connected with the AAM community.

How Do I Join?

AAM Members will receive the registration link for each session ahead of time, via email. This will also be shared in the members Facebook group. Registration is essential. If you can’t access the registration link, haven’t received it, or need assistance, please email info@aam.org.au.

If you are unable to make it don’t worry - our Quarterly Member Briefings will be recorded and made available in the AAM members portal, so members can log in and watch back.

Welcome to the Member IRL Activities schedule.

We’re bringing our community together offline with AAM IRL Activities – relaxed, real-life catch-ups for connection, convo & collabs.

Our focus for each 'activity' will be to create environments where you can connect, share, collaborate and support one another as music managers in ways that are low-pressure and fit in to your schedule seamlessly.

There's no mentorship component to these get-togethers - as our AAM Programs already cover that.

We’ll trial different IRL formats across the country where there is enough member-driven demand for the activity. We want to create a series of AAM IRL Activities that work for you, where there’s enough interest to make it happen.
