AAM Face The Music Sessions

Face the Music

The AAM is excited to be partnering with Face The Music to present two sessions Friday November 16.

"It's a band's life" brings together a dream team of managers, agents, publicists and mroe to track the average and not so average career of a hypothetical and atypical band in Australia. The team will brainstorm solutions to issues, how to properly navigate opportunities and where to pitch a band.
11.15 - 12.00 @ the ANZ Pavilion, the Arts Centre (Level 8)

"Meet the Managers"
Whether you’re new to artist management or in need of some guidance, this intimate session enables you to ask the hard hitting questions and puts you in direct contact with some of Australia’s most successful managers in a 15-minute speed-dating setup. What is a healthy model for artist management? Where is your time best spent? When should you break into new markets? There’s no road map to management but after spending time with some of Australia’s most successful artist managers, the straight and narrow is yours for the taking.
